Introduction to the cuisine of the Netherlands and preparation of some traditional dishes with a modern twist (3 hours). We are working with seasonal products, which will yield a 3-course meal. Welcome drink, recipes and a meal at the workshop included.

Finnish kitchen
Introduction to the cuisine of Finland and preparation of traditional dishes, with or without an international twist, or luxury snacks (3 hours). We work with fresh products and ingredients imported from Finland. The workshop results in a 3-course menu or a snack buffet. Welcome drink, recipes and a meal at the workshop included.
