Introduction to the cuisine of Indonesia - the country was a Dutch colony until 1948 - and preparation of a rice table (3 hours). Such rice table consists of a variety of Oriental dishes. Welcome drink, recipes and a meal at the workshop included.

New Dutch kitchen
Introduction to the cuisine of the Netherlands and preparation of some traditional dishes with a modern twist (3 hours). We are working with seasonal products, which will yield a 3-course meal. Welcome drink, recipes and a meal at the workshop included.

Finnish kitchen
Under the title 'SUURPALA' Suomi House JARI and Kati Kookt will organize a workshop luxury Finnish snacks on November 3, 2013.
